About Harvest Landing

The developers of Harvest Landing (Howard Industrial Partners) are promising some retail development between Walmart and Cardenas along Perris Blvd.


This exciting part of the project, however, is tiny fraction of what is actually being proposed.


A series of mega-warehouses and accompanying cross-docking hubs for large, pollutant heavy semi-trucks are going to be built behind Walmart, next to Val Verde Elementary, and behind The Charlie apartments. The levels of congestion (air, traffic, aesthetic, and noise) is categorically against the Responsible Neighbor Guidelines and what the residents of Perris need.
