The developers of Harvest Landing (Howard Industrial Parterns) are looking to provide some retail development between Walmart and Cardenas along Perris Blvd.


This welcomed part of the project, however, is tiny fraction of what is actually being proposed.


A series of mega-warehouses and accompanying cross-docking hubs for large, pollutant heavy semi-trucks. The levels of congestion (air, traffic, aesthetic, and noise) is categorically against the Responsible Neighbor Guidelines.
